Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Clid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Zylink Corp.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and passkey credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to upload malicious code, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI training is opt-in.

5. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our control. We recommend exporting critical data regularly.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
